I support people who are good at what they do, but need help navigating a complex, high-stakes situation. It might be launching a prototype, building a strategy, or leading through transition.

They need someone who can see the bigger picture, who'll be honest with them about it, who's been in their shoes, and who can help them execute.

That's me. I've spent twenty years building and leading organisations, advising funders, translating between disciplines, and working at places where hard problems meet the people trying to do something about them. Right now that's AI safety — before, it was science policy, psychedelic research, and public engagement.
